I have been able to bring out my feminine part through coaching. We strengthen the sensitivity and weakness in ourselves that we are used to somehow covering up.
And when you have been able to do it through such concrete imagery exercises, then you will notice that the eyes with which you see one thing and another change. My understanding of myself and the man's actions has become better.
I have realized that maintaining an emotional connection with one's inner self is a vital part of being a woman. I am no longer afraid and push aside crying and those negative feelings so much. When you let the feelings come, they are okay and they pass much faster.
I have felt safe, confronted and free in the exercises and related discussions. Through the exercises, I have cleared a path for myself, and that's why I feel better.
I realized that with my husband, I have taken on a very strong masculine role of bearer of responsibility and worker. It hasn't worked, so I've noticed that the only way to progress here is to focus on myself. Bringing out my own femininity has been a big deal."
